Shipping policy

Shipping:

Personalized orders usually take 2-4 weeks before shipping. 

We only offer shipping to United States and Puerto Rico. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, where applicable.

Lola Jewelry Shop is not responsible for lost or missing orders from the moment the items are dropped off for shipping. In case the order is lost or missing, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim. 

Shipping for returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
